These tablets have very serious side effects. From third day i was suffering from severe gastric problems, was unable to stand due to low pulse rate, low Bp, and extreme dizziness. Was taken to doctor in emergency. Kindly take this medicine only if doctor has prescribed and under their guidance. Had problems of knocking joints as well. Sud be take only under supervision. ??

Organic India is a reliable brand and i have used many of its products in the past. I bought Shatavari and Ashwagandha together and have been consuming it since 1 month.I have noticed good results like getting restful sleep, higher energy levels and feel relaxed and less stressed. One of my friends who has it regularly recommended it to me. Also i started seeing these results within a week of starting consumption.I like that it is in capsule form and not in powder form as it makes it easy and non-messy to use. I have one capsule of each in the morning and night with water. I read on the internet that you get better results if you have it with a glass of milk, but that also makes you put on weight. Hence i have it with water only.I am quite happy with the product.
