Not happy with this product 1) Ziplock does not work. So its difficult to close the package. 2) There is a scoop in the package. I tried a few times one scoop of powder in my tea (i thought it was 250 mg as mentioned as recommended dosage on the packet), i did not feel anything from it. Later on i checked with the seller, how much mg is the scoop. Shockingly he told me one scoop is 3-4 gram. So without my knowledge i took a very high dosage of l-theanine. However i didn't feel anything from it. Another Indian brand is selling pills of 100 mg l-theanine (30-40 times less than what i took), and that works very fine for me, gives me a good sense of calm.

Effective when compared to pills / capsules. Wish they added a spoon for measurement. Makes it really difficult to estimate scoop size.
