It's been 1 month since i start using this shilajit,for starting 3-4 days i couldn't get any benefits but after using this with hot water in morning empty stomach and hot milk at night after dinner i start getting results,1st thing i noticed that i am getting good and faster sleep at night (before using it it's hard for me to sleep early and bcs of less sleep i used to feel dizzy all day),2nd thing i noticed that i am feeling more confident and my sexual life is way better then before,good amount of sperm count,Happy with this product and going to buy again soon??????

This is my second file from Upakarma .. the shilajit is very liquified even during winters .. I wonder why?! .. Ideally it should be more sticky, dry and gum like especially while the climate is not so hot outside.. had used some premium shilajit brands like lotus blooming herbs etc. in the past and none were so liquidy so to speak.. waiting for someone from upakaran to clarify. Otherwise the product seems ok interms of other known characteristics of shilajit
