For serious buyer's XLR8 is doing great work by providing high quality protein in very cheap price and mainly the taste it provides is just fab i am using the product since 1 year and the results are amazing I gained 49 to 72 kg by using this you can check my body condition on my Instagram handle @thedheerajaggarwal I have tried other proteins also that range between 1200 to 2000 but the quality and muscle recovery it gives is uncompatible and also the taste is no 1 from all the protein i tried and also its packaging is wonderful everytime definitely can buy this

This is a pretty good whey protein available for a decent amount. Although i wish they hadn't added sugar to the cookies and cream flavour. It forms lumps. I'm hoping this is not amino spiked.

I am using this from long time but this time quality is changed, its test is get changed totally and not mixing easily. I had to mix sugar to use this floor is totally changed. Please maintain quality of product.

I’m writing this review after trying it multiple times. And every single time, i have felt nauseous. I’ve had the coffee flavour of XLR8 before this and absolutely loved it. It’s amazing by all means. But this flavour is really bad. I don’t know what the issue is, I’ve taken it with water, milk and water and in different quantities. Nothing works. I feel so bad after having this. It also feels weird in the throat.

Beginner in Gym--6 weeks only. Started taking whey from last 1 week or so. Taste -- Average. Chocolate flavour on lighter side. Leaves a slight after-taste which is not so bothering. Mixability -- 90%-95%. Sometimes there are minute lumps but that may be because of improper shaking. I have tried both in water and milk and it mixes well. Absorbency -- Can't say much about this but I feel a bit more energetic after I started using this. Scoop-- Haven't measured. Packaging -- I wish they had provided either a bottle. The current packaging with ziplock is poor. Ziplock does not work. You have to either use some clip or transfer the content in bottle. For protein content, I rely on various YouTube videos who have independently got the product tested in NABL labs. Vishwas par duniya kayam hai. Update 1// May 3,2022 So, last day, for the first time I took it with milk before sleeping. I usually take it with water either in morning or before workout. & man, I couldn't sleep whole night due to bloating(gas). From morning onwards, I got stomach ache and motions. I could neither go to work nor to gym. So, it might not be suitable if taken with milk. Results may differ. I am not lactose intolerant btw.
