I have been using this supplement for over two weeks by mixing a scoop or two with water or milk. It comes in a zip pack so you don't need to transfer it in another container. There's a scoop inside it for measuring the daily intake. It gets converted into a pudding like consistency on mixinh with milk or waqter. Feels like a full meal. Especially useful for days I don't have the time to cook. Has a high carb to protein ratio. Minerals and vitamins are also there in it. It has l glutamine too and I have inflammation and gut issues so this takes care of that and makes it easy to digest. Also good for immunity. I am not too fond of the kesar kulfi flavour though and I bought a 1 kg pack. I think double chocolate would have been a better choice. Buy a smaller pack first to see which flavour you like more. It has casein which is a milk protein that's why it smells a bit like milk powder
