I've been taking it for about 8 mos (maybe more) and I thought to myself a week ago that I would stop and I did. Big mistake! I guess I forgot what I felt like before taking it and so my next bottle will be here in a couple of days and I will always take this every morning from now on. I feel like I have way better flow when going to the bathroom when taking this product, I'm 32 so I want to be proactive with prostate health. It's good as a preventative hair loss supplement bc the saw palmetto is a natural DHT blocker, which is a lead cause of hair loss in men and women. I've been using this as a replacement for finesteride after my 2nd hair transplant and I've got no problems.I would recommend this product, it seem to be high quality and works.

I have heard a lot about the benefits of saw palmetto for hair growth. So, I take 2 capsules in a day, one after breakfast and dinner.and I am yet to see any positive results since just after taking something for 2-3 weeks, results can'be there honestly but my hair feels bouncier than ever, which I like.
