I've added tumeric to my food and shakes for the last few years so wasn't sure a supplement of it would do anything at all, but I was desperate. I havent slept properly for years and the last few months have been the worse, I've been experiencing extreme knee pain at night keeping me awake, I on day 3 and haven't had Any pain in knee since. Curcumin granules is very good product manufactured by Zeroharm. It is anti-inflammatory and useful to develop immunity to the human body and also there lot of change in colour compare with turmeric.

This is the second time I bought this product:- 1) this is good in terms of no residue at the bottom; 2) bad is, there is no info on the bottle or in the descritpion as to what and in proportion (MG or Grams), curcumin is delivered in your body. I wrote it to seller as well for information on this however received no reply. I think, when it comes to food and eatables, companies like amazon and other marketplaces should not allow anyone to sell producta without proper or misleading nutritional value on product. I will change my review if those details are upated on page or on produxt

In general, Zeroharm provides little information about the exact composition of its formulations. This is highly unethical. Curcumin granules also fails in this respect. There's no information about the percentage of Curcumin, or of sugar for that matter, or what kind of sugar (if it's white sugar, then what's the use of the product for the calorie-conscious?
