I have used the original one a multiple times and this product stands nowhere when compared to the original one. This product ordered from Amazon is a 100 % fake. After applying this product on my hair, my hair got damaged. They are not returning even. Extremely extremely disappointed!!!!

Brought for wife. She is using this product from 1 yr. This time wr purchased online from Amazon but her hair become hard snd broke many of her and smell is also different. Seems duplicate product. Wanted to return but no return is there. Amazon pls look into this Very dissatisfied.

I recently purchased this product and unfortunately found the consistency of the conditioner to be quite thin, unlike my previous experience. Additionally, there was a noticeable difference in the scent from my previous purchase. Disappointingly, the seller isn't accepting returns at the moment. It's a concerning experience when products don't meet expectations, and I hope for better consistency and customer service in the future.
