If you have a habit of using high chemical shampoos then you will not like this shampoo. But if you are looking for a mild and chemical free shampoo then this is the best shampoo. If it is making your hair rough it means your hair still have shampoo in it. Watch some videos on how to clean hair properly. Always put some oil in your hair before using shampoo on scalp and never put conditioner on your scalp.
