Pros:Quality wise as expected for a machine like this.Neatly packed and was not crushed or damaged.Got a good discount.The instrument performed exactly as it was supposed to with no hiccups.Concern: However, we once did a check on this machine for my Mum b4 going to the doctor and she had a smile on her face with the result it showed. That smile was soon short lived when the the doctor did the same test at his clinic within an hour or so. That disturbed me as the variance in the result @ his clinic was way above the accepted tolerance level that comes with electronic instruments. But this is blood glucose, so it's worrying. Coz a variance either keeps you in the safe zone or danger zone.Everything said and done, don't know if it's the doctor's glucose monitor was acting up or this which I bought. But thought of putting this here for the benefit of others and to see if others have had something similar occur. Do keep this in mind.
