Purchased this product for my Mother. The product looks exactly the same. Has the benefit of wrap around, unlike other knee belts where you need to wear them from below & pull it up to your knee, so no hassle of bending yourself or your knee. Just 1 con, the Velcro losses its grip over time, which I believe is pretty obvious. After regular usage for months, the grip loosens & chances of the belt unwrapping & falling off is pretty evident. Then it's time to buy a new one.
