Not much relief, slight confirm but after some time the pain starts. So for plantar fiscitis it’s not that effective, for minor pain in heel it can be used. Fits fine. Quality is good but as I said before it depends on what you need it for

Ok product for support to heels during pain. Slips during walks inside the shoes therefore not very comfortable. I am using them for pain in my heels due to plantar fasciitis but not satisfied with the product.
