I had purchased 2 devices for myself and my in-laws. Both the machines did not work after testing. I was getting Er 2 error. The quality of the lancing device is also very poor. Some of the product details are in such small font that you need a lens.

Results seem to be accurate and easy to use, cost effective. But it requires more blood sample compared to other glucometer. Sometimes it does not give results if the blood sample amount is less and have to discard the test strips.
