Reviewing this again after 2 months of use. Initially I had rated 3 stars but now rating 5 stars. For the first few weeks it felt uncomfortable and hard but after getting used to it it now feels just perfect. Make sure you sleep high up, if you slip down you should again shift back up. From the lower back to the head all the upper body should rest on this pillow. Then it feels comfortable. Even then initially it may be uncomfortable but after some weeks it becomes very comfortable. Hardness is also okay because this will ensure that the pillow lasts for many years. If softness is required u can place a thin 1 inch memory foam topper over it.
