The flavour was awful. I became extremely hungry and felt some nausea too I think. But it claims no nausea . Anyway getting hungry after iron supplement is common. It's a one time buy wouldn't buy it again.

I suffered from a lot of fatigue and having these strips over time definitely helped reduce that. Although, it is quite expensive as sometimes 2 strips a day are needed for exceptional fatigue.

I have all the "melts" products, vitamin B12, melatonin, and now iron. They all are great, sublingual assimilation is excellent. This iron supplement needs help getting off the packaging. I bought 60 of them at once, and haven't had one come off without having to scrape it off with a knife.

The medicine tastes foul and is stuck on the packaging. I am using the B12 from the same brand so I can see that this one is spoilt. Very disappointing.
