The product got delivered today at 9:30. Then around 11 am after breakfast I opened the parcel to see the container. a) Presentation is 10/10. It is made out of tin. Nice finishing touch. b) Does it work? Yes, It does. And I can give 10/10. Below is my experience with it. After opening one of the strips from the container, I put it in tounge. It melted within 8-10 seconds. I thought it would not work. I consume some allopathy medicine for my health issue and the size of the tables are big, where it is just a thin semi transparent strip. But, after 15 minutes, I realized how wrong I was to conclude based on medicine size. It is 12:15pm now. I am lying on my bed, total mind realxed, feeling sleepy and writing this review. I left my work in between. It is my suggestion please do not consume during day. Take only before bed. I took it intentionally in day time to check it's effectiveness. I don't have any insomnia or dementia or sleeping problem. But, if you have any such issue or stressed out, you can take it after consulting a doctor. Caution:- Melatonin should not be taken on regular basis without doctors consultation. Happy Sleeping!

Everything they say is ??. It is non habit forming. I take sometimes. Mostly don't. It works very quickly. Most importantly, it's out of the system by morning...unlike other generic melatonin pills that pile on the melatonin reserves within the body and keep u groggy. Honestly I never use the full strip as I feel it's a lot. Half a strip does its job and sometimes with melatonin, the lesser the better. Try it...it works and doesn't form a habit. I've tried it and can say for sure.

Very useless and expensive. It worsened my sleep cycle, doesn't works at all. Vicks zzzquil were better and less costly. Very disappointed.

It’s one of the most gentle sleeping aids. I use a strip once a month or so when I am extremely exhausted yet unable to get sleep. It just glides me into a gentle and deep slumber. I wake up feeling so fresh and rested. An excellent product indeed. And best is that it’s not habit forming!
