I have purchased 4 Merc Sol and 2 Merc Cor, 30c dilution. The ordering process was smooth and easy. They kept on updating me of the shipment. The delivery was done much before the tentative date. They delivered one cardboard box. Each individual bottles were tightly bubble wrapped. And then all the bottles were bundled and bubble wrapped once more before placing in the box. So far I have unwrapped two bottles. But I am almost sure none of the bottles were damaged or broken. Initially I was hesitant to deal with as I have never came across this site. But I am amazed to see how efficient they were. Surely this is my first purchase but certainly not the last. Would definitely recommend to any one.
