Writing this after 2 weeks of regular use. It is easy-to-use,safe and natural sleep-inducing product. First night I slept like a baby. After that effect is not consistent...sometimes it induces good sleep while sometimes it seems ineffective . Still continuing with product as it relaxes and is safer than sleeping pills
