Very dubious manufacturer. Though the size mentioned on the pack says XL and XXL, it is not even the regular medium size. Called back the customer service for a replacement/ refund but they say that it is a non-refundable item. Since the manufacturer/ seller knows that the product does not come back to them, they are cheating customers with a way too small size being sold as XL & XXL size. Silkrute customer service says to contact the manufacturer if i need the issue to be solved. If the manufacturer is so straightforward, the issue would not exist in the first place. This is a lesson to learn that online shopping works in favour of the sellers and not the buyers. Please do not buy this brand unless you are indifferent to the size issue.

It's leaking in just two hours

I have been buying these for my mother for some time now. While the price has increased, quality has deteriorated. They say overnight diaper, buy it cant actually hold one time urine also. Plus it starts leaking from tue sides. Pls improve quality as it is now an essential part of eldercare.

Unhappy with the product when I ordered in bulk the quality of the product not good. I ordered one packet first which was good and hence ordered in bulk but now I regret for doing that. And I don't have an option to return it.
