Bristles got tangled and clumped up within about three weeks of usage. Moreover the whole bristle unit came out of the wooden handle. Had been using lukewarm water as usual, and my earlier brush went for quite long. Shall go back to my earlier brand. And ask buyers tp please avoid this brush. Bad product.
