Packing is extremely good in plastic case permanently well protected but this tooth brush is EXTREMELY HARD and not at all MEDIUM so you have to brush the teeth very very LIGHTLY otherwise your GUMS will start BLOODING if you use FORCE & THURST while brushing your teeth It's difficult to say whether manufacturer REALLY used DU PONT bristles or it was just a MARKETING GIMMICK???( LIE)
