Helps in preventing tooth decay and gives relief in gum pain as well. Have been using since a week and felt a little different in teeth. Was having severe pain in one tooth and literally the pain is lesser now. The smell and taste is also good. My children are also using it as it is not very strong. Good for all age group. Preferably children above 3 years of age can definitely use it
