Quality is good, works just as well as other melatonin sprays, has a very strong mint and mild lychee taste but the quantity is extremely low even if you only use one spray per night.Carbamide forte and similar brands offer the same quality and effectiveness at 300rs for 50ml while this is only 7ml for ~500rs.
