The product is really nice and is really effective. The only thing that bothers me is a lingering fishy smell of tuna, I mean it's a veg product, right? I doubt that claim but it is definitely working for me and I'm non veg anyway so it's not a matter of concern...

I guess it's better to go with pills rather than this as it tastes like rotten fish. They other products like melatonin etc are fine and have no taste but this being Omega has horrid taste. Other than that no issues.

This spray form of omega 3 is excellent for children for whom swallowing a big capsule is difficult. The spray has a slight fishy smell which is expected given it is omega 3 (I would be concerned if it didn’t) but it is so mild that it doesn’t matter. Overall great product and it has made it really easy to give my kiddo this versus piercing an omega 3 capsule and squeezing it. Innovative concept.
