The pack includes 10 pairs of circular shaped pasties and 10 flower shaped. The product comes in transparent packets, each containing 5 pairs, this makes it easy to carry on travel. They stick very well, sweat doesn't affect the adhesive I have used them for over 12 hours on a day and there was no peeling. The adhesive is strong but doesn't irritated the skin. They are easy to remove, doesn't hurt the skin while peeling off. I would recommend not using any moisturizer/sunscreen or oils before applying these because the pasties don't stick well on moisturizer. They are thin, don't show through the clothes. I have already used 5 pairs and I have no complaints. Overall, great value for money.

It's very easy to use. Nd can be removed easily after use. Only problem I faced was i after removing it after use I noticed my nipple area was too wet nd became sensitive. Nd it caused pain.
