The wax does not deliver what it promises- the wax heats unevenly lays on thick and thin proving for a rather cumbersome waxing experience- does not let the strip stick causing your hair to be ripped rather than being pulled out from the root- it is too sticky- leaves an oily residue- extremely painful- people with sensitive skin may experience skin reactions (as I did)The entire experience was painful, cumbersome and rather disappointing.I could not find an upside to this product. I'd highly recommend opting for Rica or Niconi.
