The wax does not deliver what it promises - the wax heats unevenly lays on thick and thin proving for a rather cumbersome waxing experience - does not let the strip stick causing your hair to be ripped rather than being pulled out from the root - it is too sticky - leaves an oily residue - extremely painful - people with sensitive skin may experience skin reactions (as I did) The entire experience was painful, cumbersome and rather disappointing. I could not find an upside to this product. I'd highly recommend opting for Rica or Niconi.
