I had very high expectations for this product, as I am a very active person operating as a radio host, TV anchor, educational consultant and public speaker. Sweat gets constantly released through the pores due to high level of anxiety, stress and movement.Such an absorbent pad would be very useful as i have to wear suits, T-shirts, etc. that need to be on me at least for 5 hours a day.However, upon the first application, I noticed it doesn't absorb much sweat and there tends to be a lining on the borders of the shirt around the place of application.But on the plus side it does stay in place and on wearing it, it doesn't feel like there is such an accessory under the shirt as its very thin and flat.

So I suffer from excessive sweat issue. This product is good and fulfils the claim it makes. I wear it the whole day and find no sweat patches on my dress. However, the sweat pad is visible over light colored clothes. But again, I don't mind that over sweat patch. So it's okay.
