The product and the packaging was good. Sterilizer is something we must have if u r using menstrual cup. However, one thing I wanna let u know that the cup doesn't hold the exact amount of fluid into it as mentioned by the company (It's volume is less than the stated volume). It says the small size cup can hold 15 ml of fluid bt in reality it's just holding10 ml.
