Me and my daughter both are using it for past 2+ years. I was lucky to see its live demo at my residence colony and I was truly impressed by it and bought all 3 kinds of its napkins, I was using tampons before that & I was having 2 packed boxes of tampons but I donated those to someone as once I used it, I became fan of it. I am having too much sensitive skin and I was used to get rashes every months in period days but these pads are like magic. Those who are not aware of its benefits and features, you can google it by 'tiens airiz sanitary napkin demo'. Just to summarize its most important features are: 1) It has 'active oxygen negative ion' which keeps you energetic (If you will see its live demo, you will wonder about it) 2) Its made up of 7 layers of cotton and its contains Aloevera & papaya gel to soak the blood which is ??% Organic 3) You dont need to change it after every 4 hours unlike those plastic pads as no plastic is touching to your skin and its soaking capacity is great as compare to others and its too soft and thin. So, Some people think these are costly but actually they are not as you can use just a single pad for entire day. There are many other advantages which you can google as its a world famous product. I love it and recommend all those who are health conscious like me! :) P.S. For night we are using its night pads as they have proper length for sleeping position.

It's really good, the item made out of Alovera gel, no side effect of any chemical. Though the price is higher. For the safety of health good to use this product.
