This thing actually works. It is meant for upper-lips and facial hair, not for eyebrows!! Its a need-to-have kind of tool for women! Watched just one YouTube video on how to use it and it was pretty easy enough to learn! It saves lot of time and effort! Happy with the product, its quality and its delivery. If you are thinking whether to buy or not, go for it! I think after using once or twice you wouldn't need to go to the parlor to get upper-lips and facial hair removal done ever after :)
