The lotion is creamy and spreads easily. However it feels a bit sticky. The skin remains soft for many hours. Using it for my kids aged 8 and 3.Packaging :- it was sent in a bag. There was no seal on the cap due to which the lotion leaked tremendously. When I received the parcel, the bag felt damp and I could smell the fragrance of the lotion even before opening the package. I immediately called up Amazon customer care and I was advised to click a picture and send it. A replacement was ordered however when I received the replacement, what I got was Chicco baby shampoo instead of lotion. At least care was taken to send the item in a box. Again I called up customer care and I was told they can't replace the shampoo with a lotion however they can refund the money and I received the money in my bank account on the same day itself ???? And since the lotion and shampoo are unreturnable items I got to keep those as well ????

Looks like someone has taken of the cream from it. It was not cealed even from tape and chicco 200ml of baby wash and 200ml of body lotion has a huge difference in weight. I never experienced this from amazon items
