How to apply: fine tip - draw a straight fine line from the inner corner to the outer edge of the upper eyelid. Extend the line from the outer corner and flick to create a wing. Draw a fine line on the lower eyelid from the inner corner to the wing to complete the look. Block tip - draw a straight block line from the inner corner to the middle of your upper eyelid. From the midway mark continue the block line to the outer edge of the upper eyelid. From the outer corner of the eyelid draw an extended straight graphic block to complete the look.

The photo creates confusion that there are two tips, but there is nothing like this it's just one tip but yes you can use it two ways thin and thick as the tip is created that way. Didn't like the base filled in it, but as I am not very good in applying liner so it is good for the people who put liner occasionally.
