Can't say if it's better than many out there because i don't use a lot of moisturizer. This seems to do its job. It moisturizes well. I didn't read the label if it has any oil or not. Check it out. I can only tell you how it feels. My cheeks feel soft and supple and I'm prone to breakouts (mostly hormonal) but this doesn't cause breakouts, at least as of now. I don't know why it's expensive but if i notice long term good effects I'll update.**UPDATE**It seems to give me acne too. I'm switching to plum now. It is still a good moisturizer but maybe it is not for me.

The smell of the product made me suffocate. Please do patch test before applying it to face . It's an absolute NO for me. It didn't work for me .Thanks

Quite on the expensive side compared to other products we get in the market but its worth it. Its too good for sensitive/dry skin. Should be fine on oily or normal skin as it has very thin consistency and not greasy. Its great under make up as well as it can act like a primer. I would highly recommend this if you are ready to invest this amount for a good moisturizer.
