While the craftsmanship is outstanding the usability is very flimsy. If you put one or many incense sticks and put the pillar lid on, the sticks will no longer burn due to the short stick holding place which scatters the sticks. the sticks hang by the pillar wall and go off. Ideally from what I have used in the past, the intense stick holding section should be taller so that the sticks don't scatter. It's non-returnable so it's practically a waste of money.

Good product but finishing isn't well done. It appears tame a lot than shown in pictures.Incense sticks doesn't stay well at their position, slants and are diffused. It needs to be elegantly done to ensure incense stick stay put while lid is put on.
