Really disappointed to have the idol delivered it like this . The soil is getting loosened and the Idol is also not at all in shape . The packing and delivery was okay but once the package was opened up , the idol was out of shape and not fit to use for the Festival . Really dissapointed . I would suggest not to buy from this seller or even Silkrute as there are a lot of local vendors who are also good . I did a mistake buying it from here .

We opened atleast 7 layers of packing.. starting from the outermost carton, then dry grass, bubble wrap and God knows what all. Despite all these layers the statu8 was broken which means it was probably broken before it got wrapped
