Ordered 4 times in a row and even bought from local market too. Rate is same at both places but here one get at home. Perfect original smell easy to use. But yes, the plate given for residue should be in shape with the dhoop. Perfect product.

The cups don’t burn. Most of the time they self extinguish mid way. Have been burdened with 4 no’s and thrown the three packs into the dustbin.Was earlier trying other brands which were fine. Suckered into buying this junk.
