I ordered this product as a gift for my husband, the product is not up to the mark, normal incense holding portion is blocked completely, so we can only use it as a back flow fountain incense holder, it is looking it's colour and it's quality like that of plastic as soon as it came in contact with the hot portion of candle, it is not flowing from bottom but from upside. Smelling like burnt tyre. Not satisfied with the product. Seller please sell good products since we are PAYING for it, it's not free.

A decent smoke fountain. The hole was not there in the nose section I had to poke a hole in it so that the smoke flows from nose and not from the head part. This came with 10 non scented incense cones. The base of fountain I received is not sealed properly and feels very hollow, hope it survives longer. But it does the job so no complaints.
