It serves the purpose, my main concern was roti was sticking to pan n was difficult to make rotis in Iron pan using this sheet helped me a lot, u need just wait for few seconds to remove the sheet from pan as it would easily gets seperate once the heat gets observed would definitely recommend it to buy??
