Never thought that any sachet tea could come so close to the real masala tea. I bought it on my friend's advice and absolutely loved it's taste, aroma and strength. It is very easy to make. Just boil water and add the contents of the sachet and the masala tea is ready. The only downside is that it is a little on the sweeter side.

Girnar Masala Chai Premix is the exact one served on Indigo Flights. The Premix chai is prepared by the Cabin Crew and served on Flight Paper Cups. Something that I quickly noticed was the gram amount of the product, the ones served on Indigo are specifically made for them by Girnar according to the size of their paper cups, the one economically sold are shorter and have lesser gram product of the premix powder. To prepare, it only requires 100ml of boiling water and a normal sized tea cup, not a coffee mug, for a creamy slightly thicker chai, if you were to make this one in the Indigo paper cup, it would be more watery and diluted. The Box comes with 10 sachets of 14gm each and 10 wooden stirrers. These are priced at ?15 and the ones served on Indigo is for ?150 as of 2023.

The day Me and my Mother tasted this Girnar instant Masala Tea, honestly speaking we left any other Tea. Though I am not Tea lover but I love this one. I always carry its packet with me while traveling.

It's a superb product. If you use the suggested qty of boiled water results are exceptional (qty is just right for a cutting chay) But, for those who are used to have a normal cup of chay may need to use 2 sachets for good results.

Disadvantages

This is not "masala chai", it is sugar with a sprinkle of chai. It tasted absolutely foul and to sell these as a premix and charge 500+ is an absolute, laughable scam. I only bought this because I urgently needed something and couldn't finder a smaller pack version. Will have to throw/give the remaining 9 sachets to people I wish only the worst upon.
