I had ordered Borosil Square Dish with Handle, 1.6 litres, I received completely broken product. The packaging was normal which we have for non-glass product. There should be additional box stating caution message on the box since it is glass product inside the box. I am returning this product. I have attached the video which I made while opening the box. The video is long so it in 2 parts but I can upload only 1 video as per policy hence have uploaded the 2nd part of the video.I have initiated the exchange for this product. I need exact completely intact product.
