Avoid buying if you need something that will last longer.Pro:Good for the short-term life cycle.The liquid stays cold for 2 days though the temperature decreases slowly when the liquid reduces, or else if it's still full then the liquid stays cold for a long time.Cons:Expensive for a short-term life cycleFlawed cap design, the cap hing holder is made of low-quality plastic, so expect it to break in 3-6 months of continuous use.No warranty on the replacement caps sent. (if your bottle warranty expires after the cap was sent, the cap will no longer be covered under warranty)Replacement cap after warranty is almost half the price of the original bottle priceThe customer care support via email takes a very long time to respond.In short, if you want something that will last longer for the price range, then don't buy this product. I purchased two of these bottles and both had the same issue with the cap. The cap initially starts chipping off and then finally breaks and the hook can no longer be held by the cap and the cap stays open.As a consumer, I am really disappointed with this product and I wish Milton would recall all these bottles or replace them with better quality caps.

Not even sure this is original milton product. Its only been a few months, since I bought it. It didn't even fall down from a table or anything. The bottle was on the floor and while grabbing it slipped and fell.The holder clip on cap broke in a millisecond and now the entire bottle won't close and became useless. Worst product I ever bought on Amazon.

I love the fact that it is quite sturdy, might often be troublesome to carry around since it is little on the heavier side. However, I know for sure things like this would last long. Especially glad this time I got it without the superficial coating of a paint, which would eventually chipped out after daily usage.

Hot and cold beverages stay good for long time. However the cap portion breaks once in 3 months.Customer support was good in replacing the cap..but I didn't like when it breaks once in 2 to 3 months.. either the hinge comes out or the small portion of plastic lock portion breaks

1. Quality bottle from Milton brand.2. Easy to carry because it is small 500 ML. When we go to office we can re-fill easily if needed.3. Only downside for few people that in its lid it uses bright yellow color which look not sober for adults. Still, its fine.
