The thermosteel flask is good and leak proof. It's an easy to handle ,easy to clean. But the material quality of lid is not too good (not strong mechanically).On the other hand , if the company gives spare rubber of lid with product, then it will be very helpful to the customer in future in case of leakage.Note:- I have not received the original bill/invoice of product in packing box.

I received the bottle with a dent in the cap first time. I asked for replacement which was promptly done.Pros -1. It is quite sturdy2. Works very well. I am using the product since last 2 month and very satisfied with its performance..It's keeps the liquid hot for more than a day ...But with only one condition if the flask is full to its capacity..Once u start using it and level /quantity of liquid in flask goes on reducing and Chances or performance fade away.. this thing us already mentioned on carton.

Its really a good product, must have product. It really keeps water hot for long. Only the cap/cup of bottle i dont like the inside layer of plaster not properly fit. Only i noticed. But its a good product. I will recommend.

This is a great product. I have 1000ml and 500 ml bottles. Used for keeping water and tea hot for periods of upto 24 hours. It will retain the coolness/hotness until the liquid level is full/almost full and you have not opened bottle cap multiple times. Once you open, the liquid temperature will vary a bit as the level drops. Very useful for traveling to carry warm/cold water and tea. For tea the taste does not change until the first usage. Would recommend to finish tea in single time.
