I had previously purchased the same bottle from a local store and they ran out, so decided to get one from Silkrute. The bottle itself is great, keeps water cool for a long time. However, the package I received was an open one. The bottle had scratches on it (I'm not sure they are clear from the pictures). It also had water inside. Atrocious service from Silkrute - I paid almost 900 bucks for a used bottle.

The product color is very nice.. But it not keeping warm longer time with in 2 hrs.. Liquid gets cold... Don't purchase for long time hot water...

I bought this near the end of December 2018, its end of February 2019 now so approx. 2 months in, the Cello Refresh Stainless Steel Flask, does not keep the water warm any longer. When it was new it was able to retain water temperature for upto 10 hours but now within 3 hours the water is cold again. The flask was never dropped, it not bent anywhere shows no signs of usage but still unable to hold hot water temperature.I am not sure what to do, where to request support for this product to get replacement etc.

This was my second purchase of the cello flask... Its the best... Keeps water for more than 8-10 hours... Durable n sturdy.. Vaccum cap is superb.. Also the bottom makes it non slippery... Its lil expensive than others but its a gud buy.. Worth evry penny
