I bought this bottle sometime ago and It was not damaged from outside but it cannot keep the hot drinks hot for even nearly 5 hours whereas it is supposed to for 24 hours. At first i thought that may I didnt do something properly so I preped the bottle according to the instructions and what not but that I realized that it not supposed to be heated at the outside but I can feel the heat of water from outside. Now I dont know what to do as it has been a long time i ordered this. I have wasted my money in this.
