Worth the cost.
VENKATARATNAM GAREKAPATI
Advantages
It’s a small, easy to go fry pan. Good for reheating, frying of little quantities. Not tried to make egg yet. But if egg comes out well, then this is an easy option for a single or double omelette.. since it is not nonstick , food will stick to bottom. But not hard to remove. Have to be careful not to overheat as it gets heated up faster. Best one for bachelors

Really nice small one

Advantages
As it's Hawkins, you can't really question about the quality, it's top notch. It has all the checkpoint you can ask for.Only one thing, had the handle been a bit longer, you couldn't have a single point of concern.Still, it's worth every penny and you can go for it blindfolded.

Disadvantages
I purchased this thinking it was a Non stick Pan , and from Day 1 even frying an egg it was getting messed up . I thought it was new and hence used it a few time to make simple Egg Fry but every time it would Stickthough it said warranty is 5 years but do not see any way where my problem would be solved . Very Unhappy with such a reputed brand i though .

Not a Non Stick PAN

Advantages
It is an awesome pan for somebody who's looking for an aluminium pan which isn't non-stick.It is sturdy; the thickness is more than standard, so it retains heat nicely and since it's anodized, it is harder than normal aluminium pans.Total value for money!!
Comment
Just want to point out to potential buyers that it is not non-stick

Advantages
After opening the package, premium feel by the looks of it and very well designed no doubt that it is very solid and heavy duty pan but beware of its size smaller than expected for me but it's ok beware that it is not "non sticky".

Very good product but beware of the size

Advantages
The packaging was real good, shipping was fast. The Product is extremely Good and value for money, at this price range this kind of heavy fry pan is real deal. Its a Non stick pan, which is good as i avoid using non stick, rather i season the pan. I seasoned the pan and its ready for action.A large pan but without Lid so one need to use some other lid while cooking.Over all its a Great deal and a super product comes with warranty card

This is a good looking product, and it does it's job well.I specifically bought it for eggs - fried and omelette, and I'm addressing the point because I saw several comments and questions about this. Yes, it is possible to make eggs. The thing is, that unlike a non-stick here it works best when the oil is very hot, or else, you will surely have something sticking. The advantage is that even if it does stick, you can scrape it off with a metal spoon, and continue without ruining the surface.Edit : one foolproof method to avoid sticking is lining the pan with a little butter. Look it up on the internet.
