Product is good and sturdy. quality is good. food doesn't stick. but could have been extra deep for making it suitable for Indian cooking. Mustard and other ingredients splutters all over the countertop while tempering. it is very shallow and can be used for dry roasting and cooking without tempering. Can go for it definitely..

It's v good. We even boil milk on v first use for Rubari=Kheer type milk recipe, it was excellent use of kadhai. We r v happy. Easily cleaned. No sticking in even milk. Provided constantly stirring often milk to prevent burning. But really thik bottom.????

No doubt it might be expensive but how many time we buy a wok in a lifetime, probably once or twice?This is certainly a good steel kadhai and doesn't heats abnormally,we do okra fry also without any problem.
