I have been using this in my kitchen for a few months now. I am really happy with it. Being small in size and with a flat base this one is easy to handle. I use this everyday to make sabzi or to fry things. Good quality steel , perfect for dishes which cannot be made in iron kadhai, things with tomatoes in it or chutneys. Once it’s hot, cooking doesn’t take too long.

Those who are expecting deep bowl type cookware .... this is not of that type .... it’s shallow and broad type cookware .... good and easy to use. If we are frying then it should be always in low flame but while cooking with water included then .... it’s okay for normal flame

Good kadai for family of 4 - 6 members.The rosewood handles is useful, however, i will suggest it should have been fully covered, currently it only covers the edge of handle so there are chances of touching the metal part of handle while holding and stirring.As most of the members have said, the kadai steel gets marks on it which does not happen when steel quality is good. So hawkins should try using better grade steel which is suitable for cooking.

This is an amazing product. Can’t stop talking about it to other cooking enthusiasts. It is actually really non-stick, but only if you season it for a minute before cooking and if you cook on low to medium flame (which is how proper cooking is done anyways). Super easy to clean and scrub with a plastic cleaner. Really heavy and retains heat well. Cooking is much easier, quicker and hassle free cleaning at the end. End result and taste of food cooked is amazing!!

Worth the price. I was sceptical about heat distribution but it cleared all my doubts. It is like other aluminium vessel in terms of heat distribution. Too big handles makes it bit uncomfortable.
