Was very unhappy to know that its inner diameter was NOT 10.25” It is 9.7 “. Outer diameter is 26 cms. This is not good. It is hardly 3.5mm thick. Light too. Looks rough and seasoning not adequate. No return policy. Feel cheated.

Pan is fantastic and it get a little time to know how it actually works but after that it makes the work so easy without any worries about harmful non stick coatings and aluminium, after burn and stickyness of steel, chipping of enamel coating of ceramic coated utensils. It works like everything above - non stick, fast heating, makes cooking so easy and wonderful. It is so amusing that how it is missed by anyone for so long this time.

Though a little bit costly, the skillet surface is silky and looks like a non stick coat. Pre seasoned it well and all you have to do is maintain it well for a very long life.
