The lid design is not robust for a everyday used product. The lid clam gave away within eight months of use. Also the service of Prestige is very very bad. Their service center does not respond to calls. Don't buy this product and don't buy anything from Prestige.

I have tried to cook four time, it does not whistle. the volve do not pump up to block the gas, the air is leaking. Hence the problem. It appear to me that it is a minor manufacturing defect. I will be highly appreciated if the same is replace. You may please arrange to collect back the previous one.

This is really bad product. The whistle does not function. The steam is released from the other end of the niple fitted.We tried all the basic trouble shooting but same result.The most stupid issue is there is a 24x7 contact mentioned on the site. But when dial it says service unavailable.Pls give appropriate contact so that we get our value for money.??

I purchased this after reading most of the reviews…I was in doubt..I wanted something new for my kitchen..I don’t want to loose this product..it is a very good product..you need to understand the technology in which it is based..as it’s bottom is broad it need more quantity of water then usual for dry veg and it requires high flame, for veg curry no problem at all..3L is quite good size for family of 4.
